FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do the red and amber weather warnings mean?

Amber Warning: When an amber alert is in effect, Caersws Bike Park is planning to remain open, but there's a substantial chance of adverse weather conditions that could potentially disrupt your visit. An amber signal indicates that you should be ready for the possibility of certain trails being closed for safety reasons, and there might be an impact on the uplift service if the weather deteriorates. In the event of an amber warning, visitors have the option to reschedule their bookings for an alternative date at no extra cost. To request rescheduling, please send an email to info@caerswsbikepark.co.uk, mentioning your order reference number.

Red Warning: Extreme weather conditions are anticipated, and both the trail network and uplift service will be closed. If the traffic light system indicates a red warning for the current or following day, customers with pre-booked reservations can opt for either a refund or rescheduling for another available date through the reception team. If there's a red weather warning in effect, please refrain from visiting Caersws Bike Park. To arrange rescheduling or request a refund, kindly send an email to info@caerswsbikepark.co.uk, including your order reference number.
